Of course, what we really had was garlic prawns from the supermarket with a bit of cream, some microwaved rice and a pile of prawn crackers and a couple of crab crackers I picked up from the local asian supermarket. But if you put that in a menu, you got no customers -
Let's see .. last night we had: Pan seared king prawns infused with a garlic and parsley butter cream on a bed of jasmine rice, accompanied by a selection of wafered prawn and crab crackers. That's five menu-bingos right there! -
"Infused" .. it's one of those words that puts the price up by $10. "On a bed" there's another $10. -
